IM-65 or IM-45?
The IM-65NE-HC is the right choice for a busier venue, a terrace or summer peaks: more production (62 vs 46 kg/24h) and more storage (26 vs 18 kg) prevent empty bins at the moment that matters. If your venue is smaller and demand is more stable, the IM-45NE-HC is enough.

Maintenance and placement
As an air-cooled unit, make sure there is sufficient ventilation and a not-too-warm installation spot. In hard-water areas a water softener extends the service life. Regular descaling and replacing the filter keeps production up to standard — see the maintenance checklist. Is the unit not making ice? Work through the troubleshooting checklist.
