From advice to handover
We deliver, install and commission. Your kitchen is handed over fully operational, including training for your team.
Rational service through us
We handle service on Rational equipment ourselves. Other brands go through the manufacturer. We are upfront about that.

How long has JMGT been in business?
JMGT Commercial Kitchen Technology (Jos Menting Grootkeukentechniek) has been operating for 35+ years. Based in Hengelo (Gelderland), municipality of Bronckhorst, in the heart of the Achterhoek region. Authorised Rational dealer and official Hoshizaki dealer.
What does JMGT stand for?
Specialist and advisor for commercial kitchen technology, not a price fighter. We focus on quality, reliability and personal advice. 35+ years of relationships with restaurants, hotels, care facilities and catering companies.
What is JMGT's service area?
Product sales: the entire Netherlands. Installation and service: primarily Achterhoek, Twente, Veluwe, Arnhem-Nijmegen (approximately 50 km service radius). For other regions we collaborate with Rational colleagues.
Does JMGT have its own workshop?
Yes, our own workshop in Hengelo (Gelderland) for refurbishing Rational used equipment (40+ permanently in stock), repairs and stainless steel fabrication. Plus in-house technicians for service throughout the entire service area.
How many employees does JMGT have?
JMGT is a family business with a compact team of owners plus technicians and office staff. Short lines of communication, a dedicated contact person per customer. Tim de Jong is the operational owner.
