Built for the most demanding kitchen environment
Most professional refrigerators are designed for a maximum ambient temperature of 32 C. In a hot kitchen, especially in summer or during peak service, the temperature next to a combi oven can rise to 35-40 C. Normal refrigerators then work harder, consume more energy and break down sooner.
The Snowflake is specifically built for ambient temperatures up to 43 C. The cooling system compensates for the additional heat load without any loss of cooling performance. This saves considerably on energy costs and maintenance in the long run.
