Returns, warranty and service policy

JMGT Grootkeukentechniek (Jos Menting Grootkeuken Techniek), based at Nijverheidsweg 5, 7255 RA Hengelo (Gld), the Netherlands, Chamber of Commerce no. 89833147, VAT NL865126434B01, supplies professional commercial kitchen equipment to business customers. This page explains how we handle returns, warranty and service. This page is a summary; in case of any discrepancy our terms and conditions apply.
Returns
Our deliveries are business-to-business (B2B) agreements. The statutory 14-day consumer right of withdrawal does not apply.
Returns are only possible after prior approval from JMGT. Please contact us first on +31 (0) 575 46 40 02 or info@jmgt.nl. After our approval, return the item within 14 days unused, undamaged and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
Excluded from return are: custom-made products (including stainless-steel fabrication), items supplied specially to order, used equipment (occasions), and installed or commissioned appliances.
Defective or incorrectly supplied products
Is a product defective on delivery, or did you receive something that does not match your order? Report this within 7 days of receipt. We will resolve it for you through repair, replacement or credit, within the scope of the agreed warranty.
Warranty
New products carry the manufacturer’s warranty; used equipment (occasions) the warranty stated in the accepted quotation. The full warranty terms are set out in article 6 of our terms and conditions.
Service and maintenance
JMGT is an authorised Rational dealer. We carry out service and maintenance on Rational equipment ourselves, with our own authorised technicians. For Hoshizaki and other brands, service runs through the relevant brand’s service network; we guide your report and ensure it reaches the right party. One point of contact, short lines.
Exchanges
Exchanges are possible by arrangement for unused stock items in original condition, under the same conditions as a return. Custom work, installed equipment and used equipment are excluded.
