JMGT is an authorised Rational dealer. That means: you receive direct manufacturer warranty on equipment purchased from us. For maintenance, refurbishment and cleaning of your iCombi or iVario, come directly to us.
We know the equipment we deliver. That makes the difference during maintenance: the root cause is found faster, fewer return visits.
Periodic maintenance
Scheduled maintenance at fixed intervals. We check all critical components, adjust where necessary and document the findings.
Refurbishment
During refurbishment we replace wear parts and return the equipment to manufacturer specification. Including thorough cleaning of the steam system and water treatment.
Cleaning
Professional cleaning of the combi oven, steam system and water treatment. Standalone or as part of maintenance and refurbishment.

Breakdown with your Rational?
Call us directly. We assess the fault report and schedule a visit as quickly as possible. The sooner we know about the fault, the sooner your equipment is back up and running.

For Hobart, Bartscher and other brands we have supplied, we refer you to the manufacturer or an authorised partner.
