A quick note on terminology: Gram has been part of Hoshizaki since 2008. You therefore sometimes see both names, for example the Gram Premier. It is one coherent refrigeration range that JMGT supplies as an authorised dealer from its own stock.

How to choose in three questions
- Is the cabinet in a hot kitchen, next to the cooking line? Choose the Snowflake (tropicalised up to 40 C, R290, EIA-eligible).
- Are there strict HACCP or hygiene requirements (care, production)? Choose the Advance.
- Is space tight or does it need to go under the counter? Choose the Compact. In all other cases the Premier is the reliable all-round choice.

Jos werkt sinds 1995 in de professionele keukentechniek. Van 2000 tot 2004 was hij servicemonteur bij Rational Nederland, waar hij combisteamers tot op componentniveau leerde kennen.
