How Rational service is organised

Rational is responsible for service and warranty on all Rational units. Repairs are carried out by Rational-certified engineers using original spare parts. This preserves the manufacturer warranty and ensures your unit meets specifications after every intervention.

JMGT is an authorised Rational dealer. In practice this means: you buy from us, receive direct manufacturer warranty, and we remain your dedicated point of contact for everything related to your unit – purchase, delivery, installation, follow-up questions and service coordination.

What determines service quality

Not every service partner is equal. Three things determine whether you can get back to cooking quickly:

  • Direct contact

    No call centre that first creates a ticket. At JMGT you reach Jos Menting personally – he knows your unit and your situation.

    Service via Rational always means original spare parts. No alternative components that void the warranty or reduce service life.

For intensive users a maintenance contract makes sense. It brings four benefits:
