How quickly can JMGT deliver a replacement unit?
In urgent cases: 24-48 hours from our own stock (40+ Rational used units). Setup and connection within 2 hours on-site. Priority for customers with a maintenance contract.
What if my Rational fails during active service?
Call +31 575 46 40 02. We dispatch a technician immediately. In the event of an irreparable breakdown: a temporary replacement unit from stock is available.
What does emergency replacement cost?
Call-out fee plus hourly rate: €195 plus €95 per hour. For delivery of a replacement unit: delivery costs plus installation costs in the quote. Under a maintenance contract: no call-out fee.
Does JMGT also deliver to Germany in emergencies?
Preferably in the Achterhoek, Twente, Veluwe and Arnhem-Nijmegen region (within 2-4 hours on-site). Wider area: via Rational colleagues or longer travel time. We coordinate the fastest solution.
Which brands can you service in an emergency?
Rational: own technicians (authorised). Hoshizaki: own technicians. Other brands supplied by JMGT: yes. Third-party brands purchased elsewhere: in emergencies only for existing customers.
